在台灣耶誕節吃甚麼呢? 世界上許多國家都有各自過耶誕節的傳統，英國或美國人會自製糕餅(薑餅、水果蛋糕等)贈送親友，並分享火雞大餐，那其他國家呢? 譬如可以去IKEA吃瑞典的烤豬肉，德國人吃德式聖誕蛋糕（Stollen），法國人吃聖誕樹幹蛋糕（Bûche de Noël）等等，那佐食的飲料湯品又是甚麼? 本次住宿活動將邀請大一同學來參加這場聖誕趴，如果可以，參與的同學準備一種耶誕節的吃食，說說這些食物背後流傳的奇妙故事與典故，並嘗試讓其他同學瞭解手中的食物如何成為一種傳統，永續傳承。同時老師也會準備法國普羅旺斯地區耶誕節的13道甜點，與同學分享。

What to eat at Christmas in Taiwan? Many countries in the world have their own Christmas traditions. The British or Americans will prepare homemade cakes (gingerbread, candy canes, fruit cakes, etc.) as gifts to relatives and friends, and share turkey in the dinner. What about other countries? For example, you can go to IKEA to eat Swedish roast pork. German people eat their Christmas cake, Stollen, French people eat Christmas tree trunk cake (Bûche de Noël), etc. And what about the drinks and soups that go with special dishes? This residential activity will invite freshman students to join in this Christmas party. If possible, students will prepare one special Christmas food or drink and share with others the wonderful stories and allusions behind them. The teacher will also prepare 13 desserts at the Christmas party in Provence, France, and share with the students.
