The students entering the university are embarking on a new stage in their lives, facing multiple deadlines, anxiety, stress, fatigue, and even burnout. This is the first time they must manage their own lives, making it challenging to find a balance between personal responsibilities and academic studies. Additionally, as they encounter the realities of emerging adulthood, they may feel overwhelmed by the numerous opportunities that arise. Navigating this complex world can be difficult, and this meeting aims to provide them with basic strategies to help them cope with challenging moments.
This meeting will introduce participants to the domains of well-being, the importance of the holistic integration of all the domains and present them with selected mindfulness strategies.
