本活動「觀光系之與系主任有約」旨在建立系主任與學生之間的直接溝通平台,促進雙向交流與意見回饋,增進師生情感連結,並協助學生了解系上發展方向與學習資源。
活動以座談交流形式進行,由系主任分享系務發展、未來課程規劃及大三出國國際學習機會,並說明學生在學期間可運用之學習支持與職涯資源。同時安排開放式Q&A時間,讓學生針對課程規劃、海外學習、實習機會及升學發展等議題提出問題,由系主任即時回應。
透過輕鬆互動的交流氛圍,鼓勵學生表達學習需求與建議,作為系上持續精進教學與行政服務之重要參考,進一步提升學生對系所的認同感與參與感,強化整體學習環境品質與凝聚力。
This activity, “Meet the Chairperson of the Department of International Tourism Management,” aims to establish a direct communication platform between the department chairperson and students, promoting two-way interaction and feedback, enhancing faculty-student relationships, and helping students better understand the department’s development directions and available learning resources.
The event will be conducted in a seminar-style format. The chairperson will share updates on departmental development, future curriculum planning, and international learning opportunities for junior-year students studying abroad. In addition, information regarding academic support services and career development resources available to students during their studies will be provided.
An open Q&A session will also be arranged, allowing students to raise questions regarding curriculum planning, overseas study opportunities, internships, and further education pathways. The chairperson will respond to these questions in real time.
Through a relaxed and interactive atmosphere, the activity encourages students to express their learning needs and suggestions. The feedback collected will serve as an important reference for continuous improvement in teaching and administrative services, further enhancing students’ sense of belonging and engagement with the department, as well as strengthening the overall learning environment and cohesion.
