本活動目的為大三出國留學相關流程與學校資訊介紹，以利學生申請留學的姊妹校。活動開場先說明大三出國的作業時程，除了校級的時程與規範之外，也會說明系級的特殊考量與規定。接著由輔導老師解說各姊妹校的申請程序與規定，範圍將涵蓋本系主要合作的八所學校。會中亦邀請一或二位大四回國的學長姐，介紹其出國一年的學校環境與生活體會。最後由輔導老師們分組，針對個別問題討論。活動流程如下：

The purpose of this event is to provide information on the study abroad process and introduce details about partner universities, in order to facilitating students' applications for exchange programs. The event will begin with an explanation of the timeline and procedures for studying abroad. In addition to university-level schedules and regulations, specific considerations and requirements at the department level will also be discussed.

Following this, guidance professors will explain the application procedures and requirements for the eight main partner universities our department collaborates with. Additionally, we will invite one or two senior students who have returned from their year abroad to share their experiences regarding the academic environment and daily life at their host institutions.

Finally, the guidance professors will form discussion groups to address individual questions. The event schedule is as follows:
