系主任有約於上學期舉辦一場，本學年度結束前，再行舉辦一場，綜整112學年度學生對於系上行政、教學以及個人學習和生活等各方面的回饋。經由與學生2.5小時的聚會，佈達學校及科系的重要訊息，同時聽取學生於課堂學習、校園生活、課外活動及個人狀況等各個面向的分享及想法。更重要的，是聆聽學生提出的問題，盡可能以最有效率的方式提供解決之道。大一大二同學，少數表達志趣不合，有轉系或轉學想法，予以適時輔導。住宿淡江學園的體驗和感受，亦鼓勵同學盡可能說明。畢業班同學，由系學會籌劃送舊晚會。亦請同學提出想法。藉此機會，除與學生連繫感情，提供支援外，亦希望能為其釋疑。

I have scheduled the “Meeting with the department chair” program by the end of the semester to gather feedback from students on various aspects of administrative issues, lecture, as well as personal learning and life within the department for the academic year 112. During the 2.5 hour gathering with students, important messages from the school and departments have been disseminated. Simultaneously, listening to students’ feedback and thoughts on learning, campus life, extracurricular activities and personal conditions. Of utmost important is to learn students’ questions and concerns, and providing suggestions. Freshmen and sophomores who think about transferring departments or schools are provided with timely counseling. For graduating students, the departmental student association is planning a farewell party, while students are encouraged to contribute ideas. Therefore, through this opportunity, apart from building a connection with the students and providing support, the aim is to address their doubts.
