本大三出國說明會主要讓英文學系全英班大三出國學生了解如何登記與申請學校。說明會中由王蔚婷老師擔任全英班大三出國的輔導老師的兩個學校：Winona State University 與 Indiana University, Pennsylvania這兩校為學生解說。內容包含向學生詳細說明全英班出國留學生甄選辦法、這兩所姊妹校留學費用、校必選修相關課程、英文系全英語學士班海外修習學分抵免原則、抵免總表與這兩校的簡章相關資訊，除了藉此機會鼓勵學生多多比較不同學校外，也提醒同學盡快登記英檢考試，並選取適合自己的學校留學。

This information session for junior studying abroad is mainly for sophomore students studying abroad in the all-English class of the Department of English to understand how to register and apply for school. During the information session, students were given explanations at two schools where I serve as a counselor for all-English classes in their junior year abroad: Winona State University and Indiana University, Pennsylvania. The content includes a detailed explanation to students of the selection method for students studying abroad in all-English classes, the fees for studying abroad at these two sister schools, the relevant required elective courses at the school, the principles of credit exemption for overseas study in the all-English bachelor's class of the English Department, the general table of credits, and the relationship between these two schools. The relevant information in the brochure not only takes this opportunity to encourage students to compare different schools, but also reminds students to register for the English Examination as soon as possible and choose a school that suits them to study abroad.
