腦袋關機計畫:在瑜珈墊上找回專注力 Pause and Reset: Mindfulness for Busy Minds

本活動主題為「停頓、呼吸、啟程」,是一場專為大學生設計的 90 分鐘正念體驗課程。活動的核心目的在於透過簡單的正念練習,幫助學生提升自我察覺、情緒調節能力以及專注力。大學生經常面臨學業壓力、焦慮與精神疲勞,本活動提供一個放慢腳步的契機,引導他們關注當下,並學習能支持身心健康與學業表現的實用技巧。

為了讓學生能舒適地進行練習(坐姿或臥姿),現場將準備瑜珈墊。課程流程設計如下:

1. 引言與自我檢測: 簡要介紹正念的概念及其益處,隨後進行短暫的「自我檢測(Check-in)」,引導學生察覺自己當下的身心狀態。

2. 引導式呼吸練習: 練習將注意力投射於呼吸,建立專注的基礎。

3. 正念伸展與律動: 在瑜珈墊上進行溫和的伸展,重點在於感知身體的細微感受並維持自然呼吸。

4. 身體掃描: 引導學生依序觀察身體各部位的緊張與放鬆狀態,深化身體覺知。

5. 反思與交流: 活動尾聲將安排兩兩分組或小組討論,讓學生分享心得,並探討如何將正念應用於日常生活(例如:在讀書前穩定心情、在壓力大時調節情緒、或需要重新找回專注力時)。

This activity, titled “Pause, Breathe, Begin”, is a 90-minute mindfulness session designed for undergraduate students. The main purpose of the activity is to help students develop greater self-awareness, emotional regulation, and concentration through simple mindfulness practices. University students often experience academic pressure, stress, and mental fatigue. This activity offers them an opportunity to slow down, pay attention to the present moment, and learn practical techniques that can support both their well-being and their academic life.

The activity includes guided breathing, mindful movement, body awareness, and reflective discussion. Yoga mats will be used so that students can sit or lie down comfortably during the practices. The session begins with a brief introduction to mindfulness and its benefits, followed by a short check-in to help students become aware of their current mental and physical state. Students will then participate in a guided breathing exercise to practice focusing attention on the breath. After that, they will engage in gentle mindful stretching and movement on the yoga mats, with emphasis on noticing bodily sensations and breathing naturally. The next stage is a body scan practice, in which students are guided to observe tension and relaxation in different parts of the body. The activity concludes with a pair or small-group reflection, allowing students to share their experiences and consider how mindfulness can be applied in daily life, such as before studying, during stressful periods, or when needing to regain focus.

The overall process is designed to be accessible, calming, and interactive. Students are encouraged to participate at their own pace, and no previous experience with mindfulness or yoga is required. Through this activity, students can gain practical skills for stress management, attention regulation, and personal well-being.
