本次活動以已完成大三出國登記的同學為主要對象，由輔導老師親自說明入學申請的完整流程、所需文件準備重點，以及取得入學許可後接續辦理的各項手續，協助大家有條不紊地掌握每個關鍵時程。

活動現場也將清楚說明出國期間必須完成的學習與配合事項，包括與系上之間的輔導與聯繫方式，讓同學在海外學習時也能安心、有方向。同時，我們也會進一步介紹透過大三出國所延伸的進修與發展機會，幫助有意願持續深造的同學提前規劃、及早準備，為自己爭取更多可能。

此外，本次活動亦歡迎尚未登記出國的同學參加，提前了解未來需要準備的內容與流程，作為選擇學校與規劃學涯的重要參考。除了完整的統一說明外，也特別安排問答交流時間，讓同學針對個別情況深入提問與討論，獲得最貼近自身需求的建議。

This event is mainly for students who have registered for the junior year study abroad program. Advisors will explain the application process, required documents, and the procedures to complete after receiving admission. We will also outline academic requirements during the study abroad period and the department’s advising support. In addition, further study opportunities connected to the program will be introduced to help interested students plan ahead. Students who have not yet registered are also welcome to attend to better understand future preparation. A Q&A session will be included for individual questions.
